You know this guy?
Serge? After four years covering the news in Florida? You bet. Check the record. Every lone serial killer of note, when his or her path is backtracked, sooner or later passes through Daytona Beach. It's like a beacon for all manner of nutjobs.
So, do I know this guy? I lived next to this guy. I shopped with this guy. There is nothing so weird as Weird Florida.
